Tariffs for technical inspection and document processing for mopeds determined in Azerbaijan

State duties related to the technical inspection of mopeds and obtaining driver's licenses will be established in Azerbaijan.

This is reflected in the proposed amendment to the law "On State Duty," which was discussed at today's meeting of the Committee on Economic Policy, Entrepreneurship and Industry of the Milli Majlis, reports 1news.az citing APA.

According to the bill, the following duties are proposed to be established:

- for passing the technical inspection of a moped - 15 manats

- for registration - 10 manats

- for issuing state registration plates - 15 manats

- for taking exams to obtain a driver's license to operate a moped - 40 manats

- for retaking the exam - 20 manats

Also, it is envisaged that a separate duty of 30 manats will be charged for issuing a driver's license to operate a moped or its replacement and for issuing a registration certificate.
