Zelensky: it's time to end this war

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced the second strike in a week on the Moscow oil refinery in Kapotnya.

“This night our long-range sanctions again reached the Moscow region: for the second time in a week the Moscow oil refinery was hit. Targets in the Rostov region and in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine were also hit,” he wrote in his Telegram channel.

“A completely fair response to Russian strikes on our cities and communities and another important result of the work of our warriors on objects that support the Russian military machine,” added the Ukrainian president.

“It is time to end this war, and Russia must take the necessary steps in diplomacy,” Zelensky concluded.
