Brezhnev's great-grandson taken prisoner by Ukrainians

Great-grandson of the General Secretary of the CPSU Central Committee Leonid Brezhnev, Anton Milaev, was taken prisoner in the war with Ukraine, Baza writes on Telegram.

As the publication found out, the 45-year-old man is the adopted grandson of the Soviet leader's daughter Galina Brezhneva, whom she raised as her own. In the fall of 2025, he went to the front as a sapper, but in November he stopped getting in touch.

According to Milaev's mother Irina Kuznetsova, several months after her son's disappearance, she learned that the serviceman was in captivity in the territories of the Kherson region controlled by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
